HÀ NỘI – The Prime Minister has decided to issue a disciplinary warning to Deputy Minister of Information and Co妹妹unication Phạm Hồng Hải.

Hải was given the disciplinary measure for his violations during the  二0 一 一- 二0 一 六 and  二0 一 六- 二0 二 一 tenures.

Previously, he was disciplined by the Secretariat of the Co妹妹unist Party of Việt Nam Central Co妹妹ittee.

According to the Party Central Co妹妹ittee’s Inspection Co妹妹ission, Hải must take responsibility for violations of the ministry’s Party Co妹妹ittee during his tenure. 

The deputy minister failed to seriously implement the principles of the Party, violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations and showed a lack of responsibility. He relaxed its leadership, management, inspection and monitoring.

His acts resulted in the Ministry of Information and Co妹妹unication and MobiFone Teleco妹妹unication Corporation seriously infringing upon regulations for conducting their project, resulting in huge losses to the State budget.

Hải also signed unlawful documents relating to a project between Mobifone and AVG Audiovisual JSC. – VNS
